Gisele Bündchen and Brady the couple beyond the Super Bowl

Saying Tom Brady, automatically brings to mind that he is one of the most talented quarterbacks in the NFL and his team, the New England Patriots. However, that is not all he cares of, his wife, the beautiful model, Gisele Bündchen, and his children are the most important thing for him.

They are one of the most famous couples, and although they have proven to be a solid one, they have gone through difficult times too.

Their love story

Tom and Gisele met on a blind date, settled by a mutual friend. "When I saw Tom, I knew he was the right one, and I could see in his eyes that he was a man with integrity who believed in the same things I did," Gisele said a couple of years ago in an interview.

Shortly after starting their relationship, they went through one of their first crises, as the quarterback learned that he was expecting his first child with his ex-partner, Bridget Moynahan.

"Two months after our relationship started, Tom told me that his ex-girlfriend was pregnant. The very next day, the news were everywhere, and I felt like my world was coming apart," Bündchen wrote in her autobiography, Lessons: My Path to a Meaningful Life.

Finally, John Edward Thomas was born, who is now 11 years old. Gisele decided to turn the page and stay with Brady.

In 2009, three years after they met and started dating, they married in a small ceremony.

After their marriage, their two children were born. First Benjamin was born on the same year of his wedding and Vivian Lake in 2012.

Not everything was so simple for the Brazilian model. First, she had to bear her husband's first child, John. During an interview, Victoria's Secret angel confessed that "I could not have asked for an 'extra' sweeter child, as they currently have an excellent relationship.

2015 a complicated year

When Gisele Bündechen decided to say goodbye to the runways, Brady got his fourth NFL ring, but later received a sanction for the controversial case of deflategate. The people said the couple was going through a tough time.

"I think we've had some difficult times together. I think that's when you realize who your friends are and who loves you. My father always said that the quality of your life depends on the quality of your relationships and I think that no matter how difficult it is, we have always supported each other. And I think that's the most important thing you can have in your life, you know, a support system and love".

Current relationship

Both are a successful couple. In one hand Brady has participated in eight Super Bowls, of which he has won five (XXXVI, XXXVIII, XXXIX, XLIX, LI) and is about to play Super Bowl LIII against Los Angeles Rams next Sunday, February 3rd.

Although Bündchen has left the runways, she was the best-paid model of the world for 14 years. She has collaborated with brands such as Valentino, Tommy Hilfiger, Versace, Dior, Michael Kors, Victoria's Secret, to mention a few.

The beautiful couple shares a little of their lives through their social networks. After so many years of relationship, they are very much in love. They show their family lifestyle, travels, and of course, there is a lot of football.
