Los Angeles Lakers siguen moviendo sus fichas para armar un equipo que vuelva a ser contendiente en la NBA.

Durante el NBA Draft 2023 el quinteto californiano decidió apostar por estos jugadores llegados desde el colegial:

Jalen Hood-Schifino

En la primera ronda tenían el pick número 17 y decidieron reclutar a Jalen Hood-Schifino, base surgido de Indiana.

Con 20 años tiene grandes cualidades como buen manejo del pick and roll y es un jugador muy confiable desde el tiro de media distancia.

Mojave King

El segundo elegido por los Lakers fue Mojave King, guardia llegado desde la G-League con el equipo del Ignite.
