Gotham Awards 2021: Lista completa de todos los ganadores
Este 29 de noviembre se llevaron a cabo los Gotham Awards 2021 para reconocer lo mejor del cine independiente estadounidense. Aquí la lista de ganadores.
Este 29 de noviembre se celebró una edición más de los Gotham Independent Film Awards desde la ciudad de Nueva York para premiar lo mejor del cine independiente estadounidense. Antes conocida como Independent Filmmaker Project (IFP), The Gotham es una organización encargada de reconocer a lo mejor del cine independiente y series de television. Para calificar, una película debe tener un presupuesto menor a $35 millones de dólares.

Además de cada uno de los ganadores, se otorgaron premios especiales para reconocer al cast de ‘The Harder They Fall’ (Zazie Beetz, Lakeith Stanfield, Danielle Deadwyler, Idris Elba, Regina King, Delroy Lindo, Jonathan Majors, Deon Cole, RJ Cyler y Edi Gathegi). Además, Jane Campion fue galardonada con el Director’s Tribute, Eamonn Bowles con el Industry Tribute y Kristen Stewart con el Performer Tribute.
Cabe mencionar que este año, The Gotham decidió unificar las categorías de actuación en una sola. Las categorías no se dividirán en mejor actriz o mejor actor, sino que ahora será “mejor actuación”, convirtiéndose en una categoría gender neutral.
