Wayne Rooney already has a plan for when he retires from soccer.

The 33-year-old DC United star has begun making plans for his retirement with the idea to return to England and become a farmer.

The 33-year-old Manchester United legend already knows what he wants to do when he retires from professional soccer. A plan that would carry out at the end of his contract with DC United, team to which he's tied until 2021. At 35 years-old Wayne Rooney would become an agriculturist. 

The idea of the MLS superstar of becoming a farmer came thanks to the Daily Star after they asked the top scorer of the England national team to build a shed at his Chesire mansion, which will be set in around 20 million pounds.

The shed would be approximately 20 feet high, and the structure would be seven feet deep from ground level, this to does not block the view of the neighbors. He wants to make a metal structure to store hay and equipment for the care of the land.

"The proposed building will be used to provide shelter to machines and equipment related to the maintenance of agricultural lands. It will also provide dry storage for hay when necessary," per request from DC United striker.

So far Rooney is waiting for Chesire authorities to give him the building permits, which should come before December 2021, tentative date in which the former player of Everton could hang his boots.
