The Mexican is among the list of center forwards that would like the coach Blaugrana to bring to Barcelona to strengthen this part of the field in this transfer window.
For some months now, Spanish analysts pointed out that Barcelona's in need of a striker, since the only one they have, is Luis Suárez and in case of an injury they will need to improvise to cover that position.
In that note, Barcelona is searching for a center forward, despite easily overcoming the first stage of the Champions League and being as of now the leaders of the Spanish League.
Ernesto Valverde would be looking to bring Chicharito to the team however the Mexican striker is not the only one that has been considered. Alvaro Morata who currently plays with Chelsea is the other name in the list according to Sport Newspaper.
Chicharito is a real option for the Blaugranas even though he tried his luck with longtime rival Real Madrid where his stay was very short due to the high competition.
The Culés are looking to add the new striker in this transfer marker, Hernández currently plays with West Ham United of the Premier League.
